  • daily watercoloring

  • meditation

  • yoga

  • dance

  • writing poetry

  • reading poetry

  • walking

  • cooking

  • gardening 

  • rest

  • sleep ritual (e.g. tying up loose ends from the day, a warm shower, low lights, no screen for an hour before bed, and soothing reading or music. Basically, close as many open mental and physical loops as possible to give you the best chance of a restful night’s sleep.)

  • morning ritual (for me it’s coffee and journaling, then the crossword puzzle)

  • prayer

  • gym

  • coloring books

  • tea or coffee preparation in conjunction with another practice to start your day
